The service was great until I got home and tried to put my receipt in my glove box. When I opened the glove box it fell to the floor. I had to reattach it properly myself. I took my car for an inspection and ended up purchasing a cabin air filter.

Yeah, don't bring your car here. I went in for an oil change and an annual inspection on my 2017 Mustang GT. They told me I also needed to change my cabin air filter. Fine. Total cost $275 because I use synthetic and my car takes 8 qts of oil. I know my car VERY well, this is literally my baby, and it was running fine before the oil change. As soon as I started it back up after the service I knew something was WRONG. Very very WRONG. It did not sound right. The exhaust was much louder than normal and the entire engine just sounded completely off. We brought the issue to the attention of the staff immediately, including the manager. They did absolutely nothing to help and said we would have to take the car to a real shop and get it fixed, and then when we would have to file a claim on their website. They wouldn't even look to see if something was knocked loose during the service or offer any assistance. I asked, "how do we even have any proof that we were here and that you caused this issue?" I would not recommend getting an oil change at this location as of May 22, 2026. I was initially advised to use the wrong oil type for my car. When I mentioned that my vehicle does not take that oil, the staff seemed dismissive and unhappy that I questioned it. After checking their system again, they realized I was correct. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 3 years and have never experienced service like this before. The overall attitude and professionalism during this visit were very disappointing, and I did not feel welcomed or respected as a customer.

Worst service ever the manager was being racist after they lost a part of my vehicle. He called 911 saying I was drunk and demanding part which I could tell he is racist because he right away said I was Hispanic and drunk.. All the other employees were trying to make the right call and replace something else on my car to make the situation right for them losing a part on my vehicle. Then he proceeded saying, let them handle it on their own after they’re the ones that lost it.

You make it impossible to call or email service related issues. I took my 2024 Tundra back to your location a few days after I had my oil changed because I noticed oil on the ground. I was told by your employees that it was residual oil from the oil change and not a leak. A week later my filter came completely off and dumped oil all over the street. I have never had an oil filter fall off before. I would like contact information where I am not put on hold and disconnected several times so this can be discussed.
